Company History

Baldwin Foods has evolved rather quickly, all things considered. My early career days started in the hotel and restaurant business. I always had a strong attraction to nice hotels and restaurants when I was growing up. A good dining experience always gave me great pleasure. After finishing college with a degree in the hospitality industry I went to work for a major hotel chain then on to a few more national restaurant chains before moving on to a career change to sales. The last seven years I have been an independent rep and distributor for various food products. One day I thought to myself I should be selling my own products instead of everyone else's. The idea of an old family salad dressing recipe jumped out at me. It had been in our family for six generations, I grew up on it and always enjoyed the flavor, so I knew this was the product to start with.
